CFF "Livestrong" Bracelet

They have PURPLE Cystic Fibrosis Bracelets
just like the yellow Livestrong Nike ones...

this is just ONE of many auctions on eBay featuring them:

Hope to see you sporting one of these as well!

All the sisters of Epsilon Gamma will be sporting them in a few weeks! We ordered them as a mimi philanthropy event within our house. You can order them directly through the foundation at http://www.milanfoundation.org/id30.htm

I don't know who themilanfoundation.org is, but CFF is selling bracelets too, and they aren't these.

I'm going to order some for me and my sisters. I think they are cute and a good way to show off our philanthropy.

sorry to crash, but last night on the news there was a story about all of the fake livestrong bracelets that are being sold. the fakes look slightly different in color and size, but do not come with the tag explaining the charity, etc. the people selling the bracelets are the only ones making any money.

i am not saying that the cystic fibrosis bracelets are the same, but you might want to check it out closely before purchasing. i am sure you would hate to put money in some person's wallet when you thought you were helping a charity.
happy shopping!

Milan Bracelets vs CFF Bracelets

I looked both of them up because my VPR thought it would be cool to have them for rush...the purple ones are cool, but they are not sponsored by CFF, but by a group called the Milan Foundation. CFF sells blue ones, and although blue is not one of our colors, the fact that they're sold by CFF makes them really cool. And they're only $2 each. Minimum order of 10.

And I have once again successfully integrated both of my chair positions into one post. :le sigh:

Edit: The Milan Foundation "was created in the name of Milan Brown who, at the age of 3 1/2, was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis in March 2002....The primary goals of the foundation are to educate, raise awareness and provide assistance to families in need. Donations are needed to help make these goals a reality." (From www.milanfoundation.org)
