i am sick of seeing bush and kerry every 30 seconds on the news and on the internet headlines with msn.com or yahoo.com. not to mention cnn where they show each campaining speech in the different states or their attack adds on each other. anyone else ready for this election to be over with? i am! thats why i already voted so i can get this over with

I'm tired of Bush calling me every day. My kids think it's hilarious. I get a phone call from "blocked call" and I answer, and hang up. My son (8 years old) says "Bush again?" and I say "yep". LOL
I sooooo want the "No Call List" to include political candidates. If I don't answer, they leave me voice mail...

A bunch of us have been saying this for months. Our absentee ballots got here today. I'm gone for the weekend as of tomorrow, but as of next Tuesday when I'm back, this election will be over for me.

A lot of political scientists would contend that the negativity in American presidential politics is, in large part, caused by the length of the campaign season.
It gets longer and longer every year. This year, it started last year.

I think this is the most vicious campaign that I have had to try and sort through. It's just hateful and dirty on all sides and levels.Even the state and local ads are vicious.I can't bring myself to listen to any of them anymore. I'm almost at the point where I don't care who wins,I just want it over.

Am I the only person who doesn't see these negative ads?
I think the only negative ads I've seen daily, is on the New York Times by Kerry. But then again, that's just my experience and I don't watch the television as much and I'm in Chicago which isn't exactly being fought over.

Oh, you just wait. Whoever is trailing will launch the first barage of really nasty ads. Then the other side will retaliate, and when all the dust is settled, many people will be disgusted, and voter turnout will be lower than what would have otherwise been.

They are on television and you can't get through a half hour show on one of the big networks without seeing several of them. Watch the Today show for half an hour one day.. it's out of control (on both sides).

I was watching the news last night and, no joke, every other commercial was a political ad. I'm guessing we have more political ads here in Florida since we're a swing state.
I'm so sick of it!

I'm not counting on knowing the result on November 2nd.. or even 3rd or 4th... I just feel tons of bad karma on this one.
