Comments Welcome - Nutrisystem
Hey all! I'm putting this in my forum because it's something that my Sorors can help support me in. BUT, I welcome anyone's comments!
I just started Nutrisystem today and it's already looking good. It's so easy and, as long as I can keep from emotional eating - which I don't really do, it'll be great!
I saw only one thread that mentioned Nutrisystem and then only in passing. Has anyone else tried this? If so, did it work well? And, what was a struggle with it?
Even if you only know someone on the program, please comment!

I have decided that when I get tired, I get hungry. BUT, check this out. Because Nutrisystem has got me on such a schedule, I went to "pig out" a little because I was hungry. So I ate 2 string cheese sticks and an apple!!! Of course it was more than I was supposed to eat, but YAY for Nutrisystem!!!

I think its great that you decided to improve your health.
I tried NutriSystem but it was quite awhile ago. It didn't work for me and I stopped it because I couldn't afford their food. It was a requirement of the program at that time. It was ridiculous. Hopefully the consultants have some sort of medical background instead a sales background.
Unless you make exercise a part of your routine, the weight loss from the dietary changes will be temporary. I wish you the best of luck.

I've found that the cost of their food is about the same as the amount I was spending already. I just don't buy junk food and go out to eat anymore.

Trimspa/Slimfast
Currently I'm on Slimfast and Trimspa. Together they seem to work pretty well.
