Consult your constitution and bylaws along with the Standards and Procedures manual.

Also contact your area collegiate operations manager.

These are your best resources with any operational questions.

Well, it is NOT appropriate to talk about such matters in a public forum such as this.

In addition the the C&B, and SOP, here is also a discipline manual. All are available from the EO for a very reasonable cost, and can be emailed to you in a .pdf format.

Your absolute best resource is your collegiate operations director. Even if you are NOT a chapter officer, you can contact her and ask questions. That is why she is there...to help you and your chapter.
