Looking for pendant!!!

I have been trying to locate a Pi Phi pendant for my best friend because she gave her original one away as a gift to a younger sister. She misses it terribly and it would make the perfect Christmas gift for her. My problem is that I've been looking everywhere and can't seem to find it. I'm afraid that it my have been discontinued. I was hoping this if I described it here that maybe someone could lead me in another direction.

The pendant is a simple silver vertical rectangle. The letters on it are carved into it in a vertical direction as well.

Hopefully this isn't to vague of a description. I would really appreciate it if anyone could give me a suggestion as to where to go.
