Ok this thread is designed to sensitize you to sleep and performance. Lets try this for at least two weeks.
Here are the rules.
1. Put down the amount of hours you slept the night before (using modifiers), and then rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 on how you generally feel the next day.
2. Modifiers: If you drank alcohol that night, subtratc 1/4 from the hours of sleep. For example: 8 hours would become 6, 7 hours would become 5.
If you take a lot of stimulants (caffeine ephedrine sinus meds), or take stimulants at night, subtract one hour.
3. Just keep editing your original post to add new nights of sleep. That way the thread doesn't get cluttered.
NOTE: You don't have to tell us you drank or whatever just write down the amount of hours after modifying it
