Some people are so quick to make a buck anyway they can...
If it wasn't an obvious health hazard, not to mention the major gross out factor, there would have been people selling used toilet paper on EBay! (Thank God they don't!)

I heard on the news that Frances rainwater had been up for sale on ebay, but wind?!!! I have to start collecting jars so I can bank on the next hurricane. Ivan's Rain, Jeanne's Wind....sounds like bad perfume names
