How did you feel ?

My question is to anyone that wants to answer. This includes sorority and fraternity members.

1) How did you feel when you found out you made line?

2) What type of feeling did you have when you crossed?

I hope these questions are not out of line, this is not my intent.

ok, i'll bite...mind you, these were the overall themes of all the emotions/feelings I had:

1) excited but N-E-R-V-O-U-S....there were 5 Deltas on my hall, including my rommate. 6 Deltas were in the same field of study as I....'nuff said

2) oh let's see...there are so many words i could use here......ELATED.....RELEIVED....PROUD.....I could go on, but I wont

1. I didn't make line, I was SELECTED.

2. Couldn't think about the emotions that were going on... too many tears.

1) excited, scared, worried, happy (you name it, I was feeling it

2) I can't even describe it. Tears and singing and I think that I was just too excitied. I called everyone (you do not wanna know what time in the morning I was calling either )

When I found out, I was relieved (very), happy, and NERAVOUS, b/c I didn't know what to expect.
When I crossed those burning sands, I was overwhelmed with joy and excitement and just CRUNK, ready to go out into Greekland and be the best Delta and Soror that I could and still am trying to be. I am trying my best to put it into words, but it is undescribeable (if that's a word!)...

When I found out that I was chosen, I was really in shock. I had just transferred the sememster before so I really did not think that I was going to make it. As a matter of fact, I almost did not submit. When I found out, I just started screaming. I thanked God first, then called my mother. I was soooooooo happy, nervous, and excited, that I could not go to sleep that night. I just kept thinking, "I can't believe this is happening and Thank ya JESUS!!!"

The day we crossed, I was so overwhelmed with joy, pride and sheer exhaustion that I just remember saying thank you Jesus I made and that it's finally over! And those feelings have never left because I truely have enjoyed my years as a memeber of this wonderful sisterhood

2. When we crossed it was such a beautiful thing that I was overcome with emotion.
