U. of Alabama - Numbers Estimates

A recent story in the Crimson White

http://www.cw.ua.edu/vnews/display.v.../4119b4430b071

estimates that around 1000 women will start recruiitment. About 970 had signed up at the time of the story. It's also estimated that 85 to 89 percent of those starting recruitment will pledge. Most of the ones who do not are women who drop out, according to the article.

For Alabama alums and for GCers interested in high-voltage Southern Rush, it'll be interesting to see how close these figures are to the actual results at Bama.

Another campus where women drop out, transfer, commit harikiri etc. when they don't get the Greek group they want. See the thread under the "rush" topic!
