Alpha Wedding Tradtions

I'm planning a (very) small wedding in August or Sept. (see, that's how small, I don't even have an exact date yet!) and I was wondering is anyone knew of any ASA Wedding Tradtions????

We usually sing the sweetheart song (without candle passing...candles and alcohol don't mix) at the reception. Plus some songs that are special to our chapter.

Jess,
I can't believe your getting married! Oh my god! I have been so out of the loop!

I have not been on the boards in what seems like forever and all of a sudden I read this news...Congratulations!!

I personally do not know of any ASA traditions, but it would be nice to incorporate red and white into the wedding somehow.

Let me know what you decide!

Sunny

Weddings

Our chapter always gathers around the bride at the reception, joins hands, and sings chapter songs to her. The others at the wedding get to see it and the bride always cries.

My chapter circles the bride and sings the Candlelight Song to her:

To ASA we'll always be true
We'll all stick together like good sisters do.
Whenever together, and when apart
ASA we'll keep you in our heart.
So let's all remember as we drift apart
The good times we've had - one and all.
Because we are proud to be part of the crowd
In A - S - A.
