Good to see that the Yankee organization is willing to foot the cost -- generally the clubs demand the local city government to pay all or part through special taxes, etc.
Looks like a potential stumbling block might be the cost of infrastructure -- which also isn't cheap.
Last time I was in Yankee Stadium, the people behind me were really drunk -- and I think heavily armed.
