Recs?

Ok, All this rec stuff confuses me! I wasn't asked to write any last summer, but this summer, the mother of one of the 2 girls from my hometown going through has asked me about them. Can a collegiate write recs? I know I can fill out a sponser form and I was planning on doing that for them during work week. If we can write them, where do I get the proper forms?

Collegians can sponsor potential new members, but it's usually better for an alum to do it. The members'only section of Anchors Online lists city sponsorship chairmen and how to get in touch with them. Alas, Georgia does not have a state sponsorship chairman right now to help with small towns.

Yep, thats the problem I always have! I really think sometimes people need to learn to realize that there are a few of us from outside metro-Atlanta!

I filled out their sponser forms. There are only 5 current collegiate DGs from Dalton that I can think of off the top of my head, and I can't think of any Alums they might know. Might as well do it to be on the safe side.
