It's the weather. If I lived there I wouldn't want to work either. And all the retired folk. Geez no wonder nobody pays any attention there.

While I don't blame the Duval Co. Democrats for complaining, makes me curious if this would actually have an affect of how these people will vote.

Your first comment has some merit (sorry, I'm personally not a Florida fan -- too hot and humid), but the second is pretty insensitive.

Everyone's getting older. And the AARP is bigger than the Death Squad.

If they could figure out who checked the Republican box- that person would face a 3rd degree felony charge for each registration form that s/he marked. (But I doubt checking one little box would alter how the people vote and to me it would be a waste of time and money in the courts to try the person)
