Has anyone had any luck with remanufactured items because my first experience was a deal break...

Laxt week I bought some remanufactured printer cartridges from
what looked like a reputable company. They had a nice website and guarantee as well. When I installed this cartidges they did not work. I could the company and told them about my difficiulties they were very helpful. They were sending me replacement cartridges next day mail. They also recommended that I let the cartridges soak in water to get the juices flowing. From this experience I think I will never by remanufactured items again.

I've bought refurbished Walkmen and radio headsets at the Sony outlet store. Never had a problem with them.

My laptop is actually a remanufactured one. It works fine and all but I don't think i would buy one again. Just because of the fear of it not working and then being stuck with it. It wasn't my choice my stepdad thought he was doing me a favor by buying it without me looking at it, now I owe him money for something I never actually got to pick out.
