So basically I have a good chance?

Ok, taking all of the information i've learned on GC so far into consideration, I have a couple questions. Statistically, most girls that rush DO get into a house, even if it may not be her first or second choice, right? So basically, (and I don't mean this to sound conceited or bitchy in any way) if I had good grades in high school, was pretty involved, dress nicely for rush, am very polite, am a pretty girl, am likeable and friendly, smile a lot, talk to as many girls as I can, am careful to talk appropriately with the sisters, have a good attitude, and follow the general rules, I have a good chance of getting in one house or another? There are 12 sorority houses on my campus, and I will be a freshman. Any answers? Thanks in advance for any advice!
