Giftmart Chair

Random question: I've heard of this position but we never had it at HB. I'm somewhat baffled as to what this position entails. Is this the point person in your chapter if you want to purchase something from Giftmart?

This position is exactly what you think -the point person for ordering things from giftmart. There are actual duties for the office listed in the COB.

we use ours for other party favors and to coordinate ordering of recruitment t-shirts. As well as helping the treasurer collect the money for all these extras.

We always had one, too. We'd try to coordinate ordering on a monthly basis, to save a little on postage (for private items), and of course, the bulk items for the chapter.

we have always had a giftmart chair and it really helps out with mass ordering. when we need to order things for our newly inatiated girls like lavalers (not sure if i spelled that right). loyally, katie
