There was an interesting article in the NY Times the other day.

It's too long to re-post, but basically it describes the practice that some bosses have of bullying their employees, hanging over their shoulders, micromanaging them, insulting them, etc. An interesting point that the article made was that the bullying doesn't seem to undercut worker productivity. Also, few workers actually stand up to bullying bosses.
