I thought the bats who lived in The Count's castle were cute, but they aren't main characters. I also liked Grover, despite him never getting the blue guy's orders right at the restaurant. You know, I think the characters today are a lot cuter than they were when we watched it. I mean, Elmo's ADORABLE!!!!!!!
I also like one of the characters only seen on the Canadian versions, Louis the Otter. It was slightly after my time when he made his debut (I think I was 5 or 6), but I still watched it. I just didn't tell my friends

The Count is cool. Elmo is still hot right now. Make me want to go watch the show right now.

Calling Dave Chapelle....it's time to bring back the Sesame Street bit and incorporate that into one of your shows.
If you've seen "Killing them softly".....

"These are the people in your neighborhood..."
I know that we've lost some Sesame Street people in the years past but I saw a commercial with Elmo and "Luis"...and I'm thinking, "Damn--do these people not AGE?"
Can't wait until the PBS special.

Anyone here like the Two Headed Monster? Did they (or should that be he?) have names? All I remember is that they were purple and that they spoke a misture of Monster and English.
OOhhh yeah, I loved the Twiddle Bugs too.

Grover and Cookie Monster are my favorites. I used to have a little record player that played "C is for Cookie."
