Check out custom jewelers in your area.

I think what they have to do is make a die. Then, the price per pin would probably be based on how many you ordered.

I think Burr Patterson & Auld and Masters of Design will also create custom pins for you. However, since they deal with many large NPC, NIC, and NPHC organizations, they might be quite a bit more expensive.

Try Masters of Design. That's who does ours. Also maybe do a google search for "greek merchandise". Some companies may even do pins, for locals (I'm assuming that's your case).

Exclamation

Masters of design do LXA and are not near the quality according to some that now the difference, to some of the others have been in the past.

I have many LXA Badges from over the years and many are a lot different designs. The basic Badge design looking at them is the same but a big difference in quality.

If have Pearls, are they half or full pearls is one main thing to look for.

When I designed my Local Badge, the big cost was set up fee @ 285.00$ in 1965

One thing to remember, I designed the Badge, but found out later that they had basic designs that could be used at a lot less cost. Did not tell me that.

Something to look at though for cost purposes.

Burr Patterson and Auld

I dont know where Sigma Pi gets our run of the mill pledge pins from, but I work for the national headquarters of Sigma Lambda Beta and Sigma Lambda Gamma and they get theirs through Burr Patterson and Auld.

The SLB/SLG pins are adequately detailed, nothing extremely fancy, but I believe they do custom designs, and they arent too badly priced.

I think a pin if you do a run of 50 is about 6 dollars each. Larger runs cut price im sure. Custom design probably costs more for first run too.

They also do nicer scale jewelry pins, you know the full out jeweled designs, ive seen some of their designs and they are good.
