Question Coaching a cheerleading squad

Ok, I have a question:
I want to help coach a pop warner, junior high, or high school cheerleading squad. But how do I go about doing that?

I'm somewhat new to the area (6 months), so I don't know many people because I'm home a lot. I don't have any teaching credentials or sports credentials, or whatever you might need to be a coach. I just have 5 years of cheerleading experience, and helped coach my old high school squad every so often when I would go back home. I've wanted to stay in cheerleading, but there aren't any all star college squads around here. I was reading the other post about being a jock or cheerleader, and saw that there's a lot of us on here and thought that SOMEONE might know how to do this. Any advice helps Thanks!
