I have just moved to Maryland and do not know any active Sorors, a sister friend (lol) of mine has asked me to help her get in contact with an AKA that can help her get into a grad chapter. Please help me help her

OKAY, you AND she has to remember that GRADUATE membership is via INVITATION only. Therefore, if the Sorors in that area feel that your "friend" is worthy, THEY will contact her! No one doesn't really need to "contact" anyone.
