I'm actually glad you'll be able to go there and not have the lowest fat item on he menu be somewhere around 20g of fat.

I'm with ktsnake on this one. I only eat there about once a year, but I get tired of getting stares when I only order a Happy Meal.

Now they're bringing out an adult happy meal. It's supposed to have a salad, bottled water and include a pedometer instead of a toy.

Why can't they just get a grip on the fact that sometimes all adults want to eat is a hamburger, a small order of fries and a small drink? I don't want a pedometer, I just want to be able to get smaller portions that don't come in a silly azz Happy Meal bag. (Not that I am one to get embarrassed about that)

Dang this is making me think I might have to get a happy meal for lunch....LOL

I order happy meals sometimes.

They've never stopped me ordering one before.

Yeah, but I like getting toys. They're an added bonus.

It's not that they've STOPPED me, it's just that they give me weird looks. A full grown woman ordering a happy meal who doesn't have a kid in sight? Yeah, it looks a little strange when everyone else is supersizing everything.

Just give them dirty looks back...that's what I would do.

I always order a cheeseburger and small fries...EVERY time, the cashier says, "Now, you know getting a double cheeseburger and a large fry would be cheaper...why don't you save yourself some money?" NO people, I want what I ordered!

I tend to agree with this. People should be responsible for their health. However, I guess there comes a time when it's realized that people aren't going to be responsible and actions must be taken to curb people's horrible eating habits.

didn't they used to have a smaller portion meal? what the hell happened to that. it consisted of a cheeseburger/bbq burger/ or something, a small fry, and a small drink... minus the toy and cheesy bag. and it wasn't that expensive either.

where is that now????

i can't say anything tho... i haven't been to mikkey d's for the longest time... and i am proud.

It's also cheaper just to buy a happy meal than to buy them separately. So I'm frugal and watching my waistline at the same time!

These days the only time I go to McDonalds is if I just have a craving for one of their hamburgers... which is about once a year. I always regret it later, but it tastes good at the time.
