Should a private university be able to make this type of decision?

Baylor Lariat

What do you guys think? Should a private religious university be able to revoke scholarships for whatever reason? It is a Christian university and all students are aware of its stance on "non-Christian" like behaviors (or what they feel are non Christian like behaviors). Should these students respect the beliefs of the private institution and simply move on without discussion or should the school be required to accept all people regardless of their sexuality, even if they don't agree?

Please note that I'm not making an argument that homosexuality is a non-Christian behavior, I'm saying that the school (leadership) feels that way.
