Question Weight Gain

I wanted to start this thread because everybody wants to lose weight. Well I want to gain about 10-15 pounds. I am 5'2 and 94 pounds. Do anyone have any tips on how you gain weight. Or does any one want to send food through the mail. I will accept it all. lol. But on the real any advice is good.

Kay

Seriously,

Potato chips, oreos, ice cream, macaroni and cheese, potato salad, muffins in the morning, chocolate, any thing with flour or refined sugar.

Not too much meat.
Happy Eating!
Don't burn too many calories during the day if you can help it. Watch more television and stuff.

Girl don't worry about it will automatically come to you. I weighed 112 my freshman year of college, gained 40 pounds when I got pregnant with my son the following year. Lost it all in a semester (without even trying to). Now four year later, I have gained my freshman fifteen (except I'm a freshman in grad school now), and I have no idea where it came from . It will happen, don't rush it.

Kay,

Be happy with the size that you are. Petite women always look very cute.

Hey Kay,

you are not alone with this!! i am 5'4 and about 105lbs. i eat everything!! I eat sooo much, my mother and sister always tell me that they can't hang out with me because they'll put on pounds while I'm stuffing my face and not gaining an ounce! The doctor says that my metabolism is very high. i'm happy with myself. my mother was the same size when she was my age, her mother was the same size, so it runs in my family. Girl...the weight will come...just give it time! i know it seems like FOREVER, but just give it some time. though i wish that i could be a little bigger, maybe like 120 something, i've learned to deal with being tiny and a size zero

Well, I'm 5'6" and I wear a size four. I got sick last year and lost a whole bunch of weight and never gained it back. I really wouldn't try and gain weight. Eating junk is just plain foolish because fatty foods will mess with your heart, cholesterol, and general health.

Just be happy that you're not so big you have to swing your arms just to get across the bedroom.

Love yourself!
