Ebay, Help!

Hey, guys! I really want to start my own store on ebay, because I want to work from home. I just need some idea's for stuff I can sell. Ebay seems to be flooded right now, so it will have to be stuff you don't see a lot of. Any idea's?

i would think that if you could sell popular clothing/accessory items then you would be set. Jeans, shoes, bags, etc. That's what seem to be the most popular. Maybe research to get off price items and sell them at a profit? just a suggestion!

I sold a Dooney & Bourke handbag that I had used on ebay and someone paid more than retail for it even though the bag is widely available at stores and online.

I've heard of people getting out of season Coach bags at outlets and selling them on ebay -- not a bad idea if you have some cash.

I have a friend who bought an old-worn out/broken doll @ a garage sale for $1 & sold it on eBay for $250! The purchaser had a hobby of repairing old dolls!

Have you checked out the Discussion boards in the Community section?? Lots & lots of good info there. Just be CAREFUL if you think about posting any questions. They can be vicious!

Just a warning to watch out for the licensing people! They can be pretty nasty. Their site is greeklicensing.com and they love to harass ebay sellers through "ask seller a question"

Good luck!
