Smile Dz tree

Hey everyone! I am new to the forum. I pledged in the fall of 2002. I am getting a little sister this semester and was wondering if anyone had any cute ideas for a Delta Zeta family tree that I could make for her.

Welcome to the DZ forum of Greekchat, JLeighdz! Have you thought about making your new lil sis a t-shirt that charts all of her DZ family members on the back? Or maybe you could decorate a cork board with a drawing of a tree and then have real photos of each family member doing something DZ-related attached to their respective branches. You could put captions underneath, giving their names, their year and the event that they were participating in when the picture was taken.

Hope this helps!

I know this isn't a cute idea or even that exciting. But my big made me a print out tree (she made it on the computer) with all of our family on it and laminated it. So, I have a family tree I can hang up in my room.

Also, for my little, I did the same thing, and I put the family tree on a regular paper, and put that, along with my Big Sister Pledge and some pictures in it to start her album. She loved it!

You could also make a tree and put it on a plaque.. you can get premade wooden ones (more like award plaques) at craft stores.

Last one, I promise. One girl I know, made a shirt with her little's family tree. But.. on the back where the tree was, she made mini letters of every girls first set of letters. So, her little had a replica of everyone's first set of letters.

I'm so jealous of all the sisters that have real family trees. Unfortunately my big kinda fell off her tree since her big sister disaffiliated and there is no linking us back to the other sisters anymore. It's definately fun tho since I love my big dearly and we get to pick our own family tree letters and start all new traditions!
