I think this is a national academic honor society for Greeks. Does anyone know anything about it?

Carnation, I don't have any personal knowledge or experience of Gamma Sigma Alpha, but they do have a web site that appears to have a lot of information.

Is anyone involved with GSA? Is it used to enhance greek unity in any way?

I am in it. I recieved a certificate and a pin. Never heard another thing. They didn't do anything on my campus nor was it really a big deal. It was like, well you make good grades, here have this.
Maybe it's different on other campuses but at mine, it was just a how off thing. Not something you do.

I'm in Gamma Sigma Alpha. Like Glitterkitty said, it's just a pin and a certificate. We had a little induction ceremony, and that's about it. It's just based on academic achievment.
