10 day diet, need help from the gurus
So I'm going on a cruise in 10 days. I've been working out fairly regularly, etc. But the past few days i've eaten too much bad for me food and I feel cruddy. The thought of wearing a bathing suit in a week and a half makes me feel icky!
Anyone have advice for a 10 day game plan? I'm going to try to drink water only (except for my morning glass of OJ), cut out the pop and alcohol, workout as much as possible.
But diet wise, i'm not sure what to do. I'm not asking how do i drop a ton of weight in 10 days, I just want to look, and more importantly, FEEL good.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
