I figured I should post this here as well as Greek Life:
This Friday night one of the sisters in Alpha Phi here at GWU passed away. The greek community here is shocked beyond belief. My prayers go out to the Alpha Phis and the girl's family.
That is horrible for those poor girls and family to go through. I bet they are really wishing they had the foresight to know how the girl was feeling or how serious it was.
I don't know what I would do if I had to bury one of my sisters. It was bad enough (emotionally) to have to help one bury her father this fall.
If I had moneyl, I would so send flowers. Maybe I will tell my alumni association.
I read this on another thread does anyone have real confirmation of this because the one reporting it is not an alpha phi i don't believe.
It is very sad my heart goes out to the family and to the chapter. It is hard to tell what anyone thinks or feels.... But i sen my condolences to both sets the family and the chapter.
Worth noting is..... Dierdorff said he is awaiting a cause of death report from the Arlington Medical Examiner's office, which told The Hatchet that Jennifer's cause of death will be determined in the next month.
This girl was an alpha phi though, I hope it turns out to be an accident or natural causes. Still, she was very accomplished from that article and seemed so successful.
My alumni chapter is sending flowers to the girls, to kind of cheer them up. I think our President emailed their advisor. I would rather have them delievered to the girls personally than an office (unless they do not have houses or floors)
