- Keeping the Alphas motivated
- How to NOT overprogram or overwhelm the Alphas
- Ideas for Inexpesive Incentive Gifts and "happies" to give
- Icebreaker games

One suggestion I have for chapters that are having issues with diamond sisters staying in contact with their alpha's is to have them sign an obligation before they take the diamond sister... The obligation just informs them of things they need to do... Also one of our old NMC's added a question to the end of the practice tests just asking the alpha's how they were feeling about their diamond sister... It again gave the NMC more of an idea of what was going on...

How about involving Pi-members in the Alpha Education plans? Not that I have any experience with that yet - and I've been trying for years to get my girls to do more with the area alumnae!! I'd love to read what has worked for chapters that do have alumnae involved in the Alpha Ed (and TME) program(s)!
