For those of you from Toronto, you'll know who I am talking about...

Gord Martineau, a CITY TV anchorman, makes rude, insulting offbeat comments during a filming of the stations promo. Outtakes end up on the internet.

I know that CityTV is a lot more rique than other Canadian stations, but that is really pushing the bill...
