Powell says that Iraq may have never had WMDs

I know at this time it's a moot point if Iraq did or did not have WMDs, seeing how we the USA have used our status as the world's biggest bully to invade and destroy another Middle Eastern nation. It does appear however that Colin Powell's conscience has gotten the better of him as he admits that Iraq may have never had WMDs. The sad fact that all the human lives and billions of dollars lost were lost based on a lie is mind boggling.
