Multiple Orgs?
Okay, please ppl, let me be the slow one for a minute. I'm new to the Greek Life. As I browsed through the posts, I noticed that a lot of the posters represented for more than one org. That's allowed?
I def. know that a person can be a part of a masonic org and greek org. I know I heard somewhere that a person can join more than one Greek org. But, just clarify it for me okay?
Sorry for the slowness

Individuals cannot join more than one "social" organization (the NPC/NIC fraternities and sororities). Usually when individuals represent more than one GLO, they come from other categories of GLO's...professional, honorary, etc.
For example:
I'm a member of Alpha Delta Pi, a NPC sorority. I'm also a member of Alpha Lambda Delta, a freshman honorary society, as well as Kappa Delta Pi, an educational honor society.
Does this make sense?

No problem....I had problems understanding it in the beginning, too. Many of the individuals on GreekChat are always willing to answer people's questions, so always feel free to post them

Nope! And if I knew you better, I'd go into more detail.
