Twelve Chapters of Zetas and Sigmas from Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia and Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties, have partnered together to host a week-long Tri-State Founders Day Celebration.

Tri-State Founders Day Events

Friday – January 9
6 PM – Phi Beta Sigma Founders Day Reception at Howard University’s Blackburn Center - immediately followed by a Rededication Ceremony at the “Sigma Tree.” ALL AREA SIGMAS INVITED – Event is free and open to public

Saturday – January 10
11AM – 4 PM – ZETA-SIGMA “New Year, Healthy Start!” Interactive Community Health Fair Landmark Mall – Alexandria – Event is free and open to public

Sunday – January 11
11AM Phi Beta Sigma “Call to Chapel” – Howard University’s Crampton Auditorium – immediately followed by a memorial service at the grave of Sigma founder, A. Langston Taylor ALL AREA SIGMAS INVITED

Friday – January 16
5:30 PM Zeta Phi Beta “Remember & Rededicate Ceremony” – Howard University’s Blackburn Center Auditorium ALL AREA ZETAS INVITED

7:00 PM - “Blue and White Social” Ozios Restaurant, 1813 M St NW, Washington, DC - Open to Public

Sunday – January 18
9:30AM – 2 PM – Zeta-Sigma Worship Service & Brunch University of Maryland College Park - Worship Service Open to Public - Brunch Tickets $35 – advanced purchase required
