Angry _____ was the worst hair product I ever used!!

What are some hair products that you wouldn't recommend to your worst enemy?

I recently had a run in with Revlon's High Dimension hair color (the highlight kit). I have done my own before with no problem, and decided to try this mess last week.

Stay AWAY!! The box advertises this crap as "gentle and easy to use as a shampoo" and its not!. This mess left me with ORANGE highlights are putting it on for 5 minutes! Y'all they were so hideous that I didn't go into work the next morning.

Thankfully, I am now back to black (Oritental Black by Bigen) and all is well.

Hmm, is there a pattern here with Revlon hair care products?

On the Revlon thing, I had a bunch of breakage when I was going to the beauty school and using their mild relaxer. Today, my sister puts on Redken Vertical, which is no-lye, and I'm doing better.

The same thing happened to me with L'Oreal Colour Experte. Those highlights had me looking like a tiger woman. Please believe I put a chestnut colored rinse on top of that before I left the house. That mess dried my hair out like the Sahara too.

Hawaiian Silky

Many many years ago, I used Hawaiian Silky to relax my hair. Needless to say, my hair fell out!!
A few years ago, I bought some stuff sold on TV by Debbie Allen. I forget the name of it. It smelled good and it didn't damage my hair, but it didn't straighten it either. It was nothing but overpriced conditioner.

Oh, you mean Copa. I've seen those informercials featuring Debbie, her hairstylist and Vivian Nichole Nixon, Debbie's daughter.
