Please join the Sorors of Omicron Phi Zeta Chapter at the 10th annual Bethune-DeBoise Institute Children's Christmas Party. The party will be held on Sunday, December 14 at the Marriott Hotel on Connecticut Ave and Woodley Park (near the Zoo). Volunteers need to be there by 2:00 p.m.
This event is hosted by C. Delores Tucker and others for underprivileged children in the metro DC area. Nearly 5,000 children are served a delicious holiday dinner every year. In addition, the children each receive a gift.
500 volunteers are needed. The Washington DC Pan Hellenic Council will serve as hosts/hostesses, toys and gifts and food service (servers). We had a great time last year volunteering along with Sorors from Beta Zeta and the DC Pan Hellenic Council. I hope to see more of the Blue & White Family this year. It would be great to see more Frat represented this year.
