There were a couple of similar threads about movies featuring sorority or fraternity life in the past, a year or so ago:
Greek-related movies
Movies portraying greek life
I think the some of same movies might be mentioned in both threads. To try and answer your
specific questions in this post, as far as movies negatively representing a fraternity/sorority go, there's Sorority House Massacre

but the sorority references probably end at the fact the word is featured in the title. Some say 'National Lampoon's Animal House' negatively features fraternities - it's a comedy involving toga parties, drinking games & frolics. Whether or not it was accurately portraying fratnerity life from many decades ago isn't the point, it is not accurate now. But it is not intended to be either. Nevertheless it's apparently pretty funny and as long as you aren't one of the people who think Leslie Nielsen's "Airplane!" is a documentary it's okay!!
On movies that properly represent a greek org... that's harder. There are movies, like Legally Blonde, which
positively (tho somewhat stereotypically) represent a sorority, as a member (Killarney Rose) on this site pointed out:
"In "Legally Blonde", the heroine Elle Woods was
1. Gorgeous
2. Well Dressed
3. Sweet (even to those who didn't deserve it)
4. Able to accomplish what she put her mind to
5. A graduate of a Top 5 law school
6. A member of a sorority
IMHO, if anything, the movie makes us look damn good."
The movie was filmed at the Delta Gamma house at USC. However, sororities weren't really the feature of the film per se. Lots of films which have the characters in college e.g. Road Trip feature fraternities/sororities in some little respect simply as it's another part of student life. Hope the links help.
Merry Christmas and a happy new years to you too Katy.
