Theta Scholarship Ideas

I was wondering if anyone had an scholarship ideas. My chapter that I'm advising is 2nd in grades so they are good, but I want them to be #1.

More specifically I'm looking for ideas that extend beyond required study hours. We have that and it is working. I'm looking for new fresh ways of motivation that I could pass on to my advisee and to get members excited so to speak about scholarship since scholarship is held with high esteem in Kappa Alpha Theta.

Any ideas are appreciated

My chapter has something called Bettie Bucks. It is paper money that members get as rewards for studying, good grades, etc...$1, $5, and $10 bills I believe...I don't remember for sure how much you get for what, but you fill out study logs and for each hour or something you get like $1. Plus you get so much for an As and Bs on tests, quizzes, long papers (like 3+ pages) and short papers...Studying at the library is worth a little more too. At the end of each semester we have a Bettie Bucks auction. You can buy stuff with the money you have gotten and saved up througout the semester. Things such as Theta stuff (t-shirts, sweatshirts, stationary, pens, shorts with letters....), bath and body stuff, movies (VHS and DVD), study packs (paper, pens/ pencils, highlighters...), popcorn (sometimes with the movies...)...stuff like that are items in the auctions.
