Could somebody please tell me...?
In the spirit of the DONOT.COM thread...
I am starting a "Could SOMEbody PLEASE tell me...?" thread in an attempt to vent some of my own anger & frustration from so MANY of Why-did-they-do-thats and What-were-they-thinkings I encounter on a DAILY basis... If anyone out there can answer any these questions for me, or has a question of your own, please feel free to post.
Could somebody please tell me --
...why a particular group of white people in my office think it's okay to make jokes about "nappy" hair?
...why everytime I call a customer service number, I have to talk to Sassy Ass Sally or Rude Ass Robert?
...who told my manager he was "down" with "a lot of the blacks up in heah"? (He actually said this to me).
...why it has become appropriate to use the terms Baby Mama and Baby Daddy?
...why some of my fellow SisterFriends think it's okay to sport "club wear" to the Informational/Rush?
Could somebody please tell me --
...who told my ex boyfriend to start playing on my phone again?
...what my co-worker was thinking when she advised myself and about ten other people in the breakroom that she just had an Orgasm while talking to her GirlFriend on a telephone in our office?????
...why my ex-best-friend thinks that she can attend Rush activites at a local school which she does not attend... why she told told those Members there that she was wanting to pursue membership on their campus because she doesn't "like" the Members on her campus...and why she thought she could do so without any repercussion?
