Sorority Houses!!!

My school has sorority houses and I was planning on rushing this fall. I know that most schools don't let freshman live in the house because of the seniority rule(which is totally understandable.) I was hoping that I might get a chance to live in it next year, but a few things about it confuse me. How does everyone park their car there? How many sisters to a room? Isn't it a little hectic when everyone is trying to get ready to go out? Can you invite people who aren't in the sorority to spend the night? And if there is a sister who doesn't live in the house but she wants to crash there for a couple nights for whatever reason...is that allowed? Sorry for all the questions, I'm just trying to get this all figured out.
