No way
This is not hte best movie ever. There is literally no story whatsoever. Her wedding is shot up so she wants revenge and there is fighting scene after fighting scene with her trying to kill everyone. Just put in an Ultimate Fighting video and you'll see the same thing except it will be real. Oh and the stupid Quentinisms thrown in there got really annoying. Stupid hipster.

It was his homage to speghetti westers/kung fu films/samaurai movies. Honestly those genres generally don't have much of a plot. But this movie is visually stunning. The music is awesome. And the Quentinisms are hilarious. This movie is breathtaking. It doesn't need more then the simple plot it has because it is not a plot driven movie. Its his Kungfu/speghetti western. and honestly when he decided to test out this genre he did it well.

I liked the movie, but to say it's the best ever... that would be a stretch. Canada is a really great place, pack your bags.

I have yet to see the movie, but the trailers/previews are very bizarre!

Uh...no way.
This movie was a letdown.
Mr. KDOnline & I were expecting to walk out with the same feeling we had when we saw Pulp Fiction - which was an INCREDIBLE film - but...naw. Not with this one. Sure, it help our attention, but it wasn't anything we'd rave about, like Pulp Fiction was.
We had high hopes & made an evening of it by going to see the movie in the local Muvico's Premier Level ($17/ticket - comfy "loveseats," gourmet food, drinks - 21 & over). But I guess sitting comfortably made it easy for me to sit through all the sword fights. The gore didn't bother me.

My name is Buck and I like to........ This scene was quite disturbing and funny at the same time.
It was a pretty good movie in my opinion....best ever..nah, but not horrible. The overexaggeration of gore (blood spurting, etc.) got a little old. The ending shocked me though..can't wait for vol. 2.

BTW, if you want to know The Bride's name, PM me.
The "tricks are for kids" line will make sense when you know! (Not that it's any huge revelation..)

I really didn't enjoy this flick very much. My friends that I was with did. It's very animé-esque.
Enjoyed the blood effects though. They were actually kind of funny.
