I know I am supposed to be sad about leaving my chapter and all but I am so excited to almost be an alumna! Don't get me wrong I love my chapter but the alumna world seems really exciting as well! Yay for the alumnas!
Oh yeah! Alumnae life is FABULOUS!!!!!!! I still see my collegiate sisters and get to be with my alumnae sisters! Plus, the dues are super cheap compared to collegiate dues!!! Can you tell I'm a cheapskate?!
Being an alumnae has been so memorable! Yes, the dues are cheaper, but the chance to meet ZTA's from other states that live in your community and to belong to a group of like minded women who still continue to give back to the community and learn about ZTA is great! To all you collegians who will be entering the Alumnae world this year - go out and find an alumnae chapter where you will be living after graduation! Check with IO to find out who your District President is and if there isn't a group in your neighborhood, START ONE!

Starting an Alumnea Chapter can be one of the greatest things you can do! I'm so excited to be working with my DP to get things going in/around the IL Far North/ WI Far South area.
We had a great Founder's Day Celebration and are beginning to get other actvites underway.
