study files

Hey everyone,

So we have a study files "room" in our house. It's actually just a small area of filing cabinets filled with an unorganized mess of folders and notes from classes. Does anyone have any good ideas for organizing study files so that when people actually want to use them they can find them? There's not much room in the area so we have to conserve space as well as possible.

Thanks!

I would say organize the tests by having a folder for each course number and prof if possible, like "CS110, Dr. Hammell." That would be easier than everything just being in a pile under the different subjects.
