Continuous Open Bidding?

If you are talking about Continuous Open Bidding, then as ZTA is a member of NPC the process is designated by NPC standards. It can be found in any NPC manual. If you don't have one or cannot get a hold of one then you may want to contact NPC: their website is http://www.npcwomen.org
