Florida LCA question

Hey,

Didnt we have a colony at Florida International University?

I just noticed in the new chapter roster in the new Cross and Crescent that it isnt even listed, and a brief check online shows they dont appear to be there.

Figured some of you may know!

Well upon further inspection I noticed that the Umass CHapter appears to be gone as well as the Wilifred Lauier Colony in Canada

I guess the losses arent that widely publicized

Jeeze Jas, I guess not! Have you checked Jon Sagara Web site. His is more updadated than any I know! I have emailed him some that I have found and I am sure if any updates, he would appreciate it!

Why are Alums the Last to Know??

well, i'm the Phi from our capter here at FSC, and i can say that i talked to the Phi from FIU late this summer (probably the end of August), and i was trying to see if our chapters could perhaps get together for one of our Initiations or something. Well, anyway, I talked to him, and he told me they had their charter pulled. I ended up talking to him several times, and it turns out nationals came in and pulled their chapter off the LXA roster, and they are no longer part of LXA (officially). Also, from the facts I got from their Phi (of course one-sided and biased) I drew my own conclusion that it was over a formality and could've easliy been worked out wih proper care and attention by nationals. now, I dont know, they might be on probation or suspension, or maybe it is final, but I'm sure we'll come to see as the chapter (and yes, they plan to) appeals for their charter. Good luck guys...you have at least one guy from FSC on your good side.
