Homecoming Ideas~

So, I figured this might be of some help to everyone since Homecoming is just around the corner!!! I am the homecoming chair, and we are doing it with some super good Friends of ours the Sigma Pi's...so we want everything To be Awesome! My best guy friend is they're Homecoming chair..so this works out perfectly... We just want to know if any of you have any ideas on anything~ As far as T-shirt ideas, formal ideas...or anything else~ This might not be the best place to get this information..but i thought i would Try~ Thanks so much!

But, my question is what is the Home Coming Theme? Is there one?

For us homecoming is a very imprtant alumni event. All the alumni come to the house to meet their old friends and to inspect the condition of the house. The active chapter provied food drink and entertainment. This year we r having a jazz band or something like that. The actives also dress up in nice clothes and try not to get to drunk. If all goes well and the alumni like what they see, they hopefully will donate money to the house.

So, the theme for this year is "the Year of the bulldog" cuz we are the bulldogs and they decided to name it this year~ So, i dont think that helps out too much! but who knows...any ideas? oh and we do have an alumni tea, which we have onn Saturday morning before the game. We have brunch at one of the fraternity houses on campus, this year it's at the lamda chi's

We just hang out and talk and they bring their kids. Most of them are up for the entire weekend, so they go and do whatever they want for the most of it!

That's okay, our theme this year is "Living the Racer Life." We're the Murray State Racers, used to be the thoroughbreds, but they shortened it to racers. So every year our theme usually has something to do with Racers.
