What exactly is an Islamic justice. Which school of thought are you talking about? Is it the Sunni, Wahabi, Shiite, Sufi, Mysticism school of taught?

In case anyone's been living under a rock for the past, uh 2 years now, here's my PSA du jour: What bin Laden did was inconceivably horrible and in no way reflects the beliefs and tenents of Islam. Thanks!

Whoops... shoulda been clearer. His deviated preversion (and I misspelled it intentionally ) of Islam and what it stands for should be eradicated from the face of this earth. I'll agree with swissmiss: Islam's tenets are nowhere near that misinterpretation UBL and his cronies use to justify their war against freedom.
