I have seen the huge response to the "skin care" topic so I was curious if anyone had any dieting and exercise tips for someone wanting to loose about 30 pounds FAST!!! Also, has anyone tried "Metabolife", if so, how well does it work. I am attending my ex-boyfriends wedding
