Does anyone know of any really good activities or discussions that would help build a stronger LC and cabinet?

Go to Alpha Link under resources there are some great ideas on there for LC officers.

When you log into Sisters Online, select "Officer Resources", and select President and VPA - they have items that will help as well.

If this is a concern, make sure to ask for help for that for your next CC visit or have your CNS do a training seminar for the LC.
