Q about working at headquarters

i saw a post on the main message board saying AGD needed ppl to work at their headquarters, and you didnt have to be a sister.

do you have to be a sister to work at the AOII headquarters?? i think you should have to be. i thnk it would be weird to have non-sisters near all of our special stuff like that.... im sure ritual talk comes up on a daily basis.

I know a lot of AOIIs do work at IHQ, but not every employee is a sister. Guess it depends on the position whether it's required to be an initiated member or not. Of course, I think it's great to employ as many sisters as possible, but it's also important to have the best person for the job too.

Did you know that Bobbye Stanton (AOII Foundation head) is an Alpha Xi? She's the nicest lady and does a lot of great work on behalf of our Foundation, but she's not an AOII.

I agree with AOIIAlum particularly about Bobbye. She is truly awesome and I feel that AOII is fortunate to have her.

In the day to day operations of the fraternity, as conducted by HQ, Ritual specifics should very rarely come up. That is what the RTJ committee is about. Rest assure that non-AOIIs are not privy to our true Rituals.

Don't forget our Controller, Beth Schwartz (ZTA) - she keeps us all sane with everyone's IRS questions (especially with a Canadian girl)!!!

Also, several of the headquarter's staff are also AI.

We are SO very fortunate to have Ms. Stanton and Ms. Schwartz. They are awesome ladies!
